Keston John / Edem
Keston John has been deemed as “A young- accessible Djimon Hounsou with Andre Braugher’s intensity.” A versatile actor who is never afraid to take risks; thus he lives by the phrase “Go Big or Go Home”. He trained at the University of Central Florida Conservatory Theatre, where he graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting. This training pushed Keston to become a fierce competitor in the markets of film, television and commercials. In less than 3 years, he’s been able to book recurring roles on tv shows like “24” and “Lincoln Heights”, and clearly he’s not done yet. For more go to www.kestonjohn.com
Keston had this to say about “The Garden”
“With its rich storyline, deeply rooted characters, AMAZING cast and crew, and a visionary director, The Garden has been nothing short of a blessing. The magic of acting lies in the moment when you begin to think, breathe, and speak like the character. Edem jumped into my blood stream immediately and effortlessly, flowing like the once great river of the Am-Waset tribe. This has been a passion project for everyone involved and I think you will see that when you watch the film.”
